I worked with the team at London’s leading immersive venue, Frameless, and the agency Order + Chaos, providing creative direction and ideation for TikTok’s Publisher Summit event. TikTok wanted to take over Frameless’s biggest space, Gallery 3, using it’s 360 degree projection capability to immerse their VIP dinner guests in the worlds of entertainment, sport and news - alongside key messaging and platform insight.

The process began by ideating and conceptualising several 360 degree environments to accompany the various segments of the event. These included an arrival environment to set the scene and welcome guests to their seats, a hero brand environment for keynote speeches, a news environment for the news publishers case study, a sport environment for the sport publishers case study, an entertainment environment for the entertainment publishers case study, and a breakout environment for the networking session at the end of the evening.

The event also required environmental branding of the guest journey through the venue, a 360° immersive opening sizzle sequence, animated case study sequences to deliver key messaging, integrated slideshow presentations and animated transitions to take the audience between environments.
